Condolence: Verneil Simmons was a very gracious lady who shared her knowledge of the Scriptures in a humble manner that left those she taught enlightened and inspired. I especially enjoyed, The Tender Twig, so well written and engrossing. I know her family will miss her a lot for all the loving things she did, the rest of us will miss her also for her style and class.

Condolence: The heavenly host rejoice to have such a mighty and powerful angel join them in singing praises to the Lord. In life, Verniel was a powerful voice for the Lord, she worked hard to bring the truth to many people. She was admired and respected and I treasure the books and articles she wrote. She was an inspiration and a role model, she blazed a trail for women in the Restoration by sharing her incredible knowledge and understanding of the gospel. Verneil will be greatly missed she was a true force on earth, no doubt she continues her work for the Lord right by his side. Shout praises and glad tidings the heavens have gained a warrior! Jesus Christ has victory over death.
