John Eugene Edwards, 95, Cameron passed away on June 9, 2015.
John was born on August 31, 1919 in Cameron, Missouri to John and Eva (Zinn) Edwards.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sharon Kay Stevens; 3 brothers, Herbert, George and Gerald Edwards; 3 sisters, Norma Whitaker, Alice Bassett and Mildred Newman.
John graduated from Omaha Aircraft Maintenance Trade School.
His lifelong work included North American Aircraft, TWA and Boeing.
John was a member of the First Christian Church, Cameron.
On March 27, 1989, John married Teresita Placio on March 27, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV. She survives of the home.

Edwards, Jr., Wood Heights, MO; daughter, Betty Jean (Howard) Bradshaw, Gladstone, MO; brother, Harold (Bonnie) Edwards, Lathrop, MO; sister, Louise Montgomery, Manilla, IA; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren; loving nieces and nephews.
Services: 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 1-2:00 PM, prior to the service. Burial: Cameron Memory Gardens, Cameron, MO. Memorial Fund: First Christian Church, Cameron.
