Cameron, Missouri- Lane Grey Welchel, 15, Cameron passed away on December 22, 2017.
Lane was born April 8, 2002 in Kansas City, Missouri to Thomas and Susan (Kirk) Welchel.
He was a freshman at Cameron High School.
Survivors: mother and step-father, Susan Welchel and Jeff King, of the home; father, Thomas Welchel, Breckenridge, MO; 5 sisters, Emma King, of the home, Becca Wiseman, Elgin, IL, Raven Welchel, Omaha, NE, Anastasia Wathan, Independence, MO and Denise Kamm, Kearney, MO; 2 brothers, Caleb Welchel and Ian Welchel, Omaha, NE; maternal grandparents, Bill and Mona Kirk, Independence, MO; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He will be missed and loved by many.
Services: 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Restoration Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ, Cameron. Visitation: 6:30-8:30 PM, Friday evening at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron.
