Hamilton, Missouri- Chester Channel Mason, 92, Hamilton passed away on February 1, 2018.
Chester was born on February 28, 1925 in Lafayette, Colorado to Frank Neil and Esther (Channel) Mason.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Lou Mason; 3 sisters, Yvette Alexander, Pauline Tholan and Dorothy Romans; 3 brothers, Kelly, Everett and Bob Mason.
Chester was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Cameron.
He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during World War II.
Survivors: 2 daughters, Cindy (Wayne “Mr. G.”) Galbraith, Hamilton, MO and Virginia (Gordon) Hochhalter, Highland Park, IL; son, Mark (Jan) Mason, Austin, TX; 19 grandchildren and 66 great-grandchildren.
Services: 11:00 AM, Friday, February 9, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Cameron. Visitation: 10-11:00 AM, Friday prior to the service. Burial: Kidder Cemetery, Kidder, MO.
