Obituary for Michael Robert Carey

.- Michael Robert Carey, 68, passed away May 7, 2018.
Mike was born on January 26, 1950 in Cowgill, Missouri to Floyd and Martha Hildred (Connor) Carey.
He worked in Home Construction and was a butcher. Mike played lead guitar in many bands for over 40 years.
He is preceded by his parents and sisters, Janet Sue Vanderpool and Roberta Anne Dubach.
Survivors: Companion and friend, Nance Peterson, of the home; 2 sons, Steven Lance Carey and Bradley Lane Carey, both of Harlan, Iowa; 6 grandchildren, brother-in-law, Jerry Dubach, Troy, Kansas, nieces, nephews and friend, Rochele Allwood, Maysville, Missouri.
Inurnment will be held in Troy, Kansas at a later date,
