Cameron, Missouri- Gordon Ellett Holland, 81, Cameron, passed away on September 12, 2018.
Gordon was born on November 28, 1936 in Appleton City, MO to Homer and Doris (Doty) Holland.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; son, Kyle Holland and sister, Donna Sue Crawford.
Gordon was a 1954 graduate of Lowery City High School, Lowery City, MO. He worked as a painter for Ford Motor Plant of Claycomo, Missouri retiring in 1994. Gordon was a member of the First Baptist Church, Cameron.
On August 11, 1962, Gordon married Joyce Karen Burns in Braymer, MO.
Survivors: wife of 56 years, Karen, of the home; daughter, Carmen (Rob) Williams, Cameron; daughter-in-law, Valerie Holland, Cameron; grandson, Reed Williams; 2 granddaughters, Karyln and Maren Williams; sister, Dixie (Howard) Peterson, Osceola, MO; nieces and nephews.
A Private Family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Mr. Holland has been cremated under the direction of Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
