Non-Licensed Staff
Although they are not licensed funeral directors, these staff members are vitally important to the operation of our firm. These individuals make it possible for us to professionally coordinate funerals with the quality of service our community has come to expect from us.
Brian K. Thompson
Brian has grown up in the family owned funeral home. Brian attended Missouri Western State University. He is the main operator for the family farm. Brian also enjoys racing. |
Karen A. Thompson
Karen has worked with the funeral home since 1985, and is the manager of Sloan Monument Works. Karen enjoys going to the lake, barbequing, and traveling. |
Betty S. Jones, Office Administration
Betty has been with the funeral home since 1992, assisting with all office activities, including bookkeeping, payroll, and assisting directly with families. Betty started a grief support group for local widows. She is treasurer of her church and enjoys traveling. |
H. Clay Korneman
Clay has been with the funeral home since 1999. Besides working full-time, Clay works on the family farm and at Sloan Monument Works. He also sits on the Board of a rural cemetery service. |
Kelly Kellerstrass, Administrative Assisant
Kelly has been with the funeral home since 2000. She takes care of the bookkeeping, record keeping for the funeral home and cemetery, and helps our families that we serve in their time of need. |
Don Edwards, Graveservice
Don has been with the funeral home since 2005. He is in charge of the grave service. |
