Wayne was a good friend. I enjoyed his company at the hospital and when we were fishing together. I still remember the time he had his blue and silver little Cleo that he was using to catch Northern Pike up in Canada. It got wrapped around a dead tree and he climbed 30 feet in the air to get that lure back. He will be remembered often. RIP friend. Paul Burk

Dr. Burris took my husband under his wing when my husband was one of his residents. He treated both of us like family. Not only was he a wonderful man, but he was a caring, compassionate, and excellent doctor. My heart goes out to Sheila, and the rest of his family. Rest In Peace, Dr. Burris..
