Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jill Cooper can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Jill. We worked together at Heartland West for many years. Many of my best memories of working there include all of the fun and humor with Jill. She made our nights fun and go by fast. My condolences to her family. Her patients were blessed to have her as their nurse.
