Obituary for Mary Leone Farnan (Willis)

Mary Leone Farnan, 94, formerly of Cameron, Missouri, passed away January 23,2015 in O’Fallon, Missouri.
Mary was born May 29, 1920 in Cainsville, Missouri to Vincent and Anna Laura (Higdon) Willis.
Mrs. Farnan was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Leo E. Farnan; son, Robert Leo Farnan and daughter, Mary Elizabeth Farnan; three sisters, Dolores Cummins, Dorothy and Agnes L. Willis; three brothers, Raymond, Donald and Clifford Willis and a granddaughter, Jennifer M. Farnan.
Survivors include four daughters, Meredith A. Farnan, Overland Park, KS, Rose Farnan, Mission, KS, Sheila M. Farnan, Kansas City, KS, Brigid R. (David) Gabriel, O’Fallon, MO; son, John M. (Annette) Farnan, Bellevue, NE; six grandchildren, Amber Koenen, Randy Crowley, Robert, Jennifer E., James and Henry Farnan; great grandchildren, Michaela and Ricky Koenen; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Willis, King City, MO and several nieces and nephews along with the Trinh and Dao Le family; Kiet Lam and Pauline Le; Nancy Le and Cameron Jackson; Rabi and Patty Le Narula; Joe and Van Le; Khoa and Amy Le, all of California.
Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the St. Munchin Catholic Church, Cameron. Rosary: 6:00PM, Tuesday evening, January 27th with visitation following from 6:30-9:00 PM at Poland Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Burial: St. Columba Cemetery, Conception, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St.Munchin Catholic Church, Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry, Cameron, MO and/ or Truman Medical Center Charitable Foundation for the Infectious Disease Clinic, Kansas City, MO.
