1958-2015


Osborn, Missouri- John Burton Ninas, 57, Osborn, passed away on December 21, 2015.
John was born April 29, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to Donald and Roberta (Lovejoy) Ninas. They preceded him in death.
He was a 1976 graduate of Cameron High School and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant.
John was the Assistant Manager for O’Reilly Auto Parts in Cameron, MO.
He was the former Fire Chief and member for over 20 years of the Osborn Fire Protection District.
On September 29, 1984, John married Vasona Stinnett in Garden City, Kansas. She survives of the home.
Additional Survivors: 3 sons, Jared (Candice) Ninas, Lakeland, TN, Jeremiah (Jordan) Ninas, St. Joseph, MO and Jacob (Tira) Ninas, Union Star, MO; sister, Donna Reno, Cameron, MO; 3 grandchildren, Cadence, Jaxson and Morgan; nieces and nephews.
Services: 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 10-11:00 AM, prior to the service. Burial: Osborn Evergreen Cemetery, Osborn, MO. In lieu of flowers, donations to Osborn Fire Protection District. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
