Winston, Missouri- Patricia Jene Matson, 68, Winston, passed away on January 5, 2016.
She was born on March 21, 1947 in Winston, Missouri to Sam and Zola Weese.
On November 9, 1968, she married Wayne Matson of Independence, Missouri. He preceded her in death. To this union one daughter, Zola Matson was born. She survives of Independence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Sam Jr. and Benny; sister, Louise Cashatt.
Survivors in addition to her daughter are one brother, William Earl (Bonnie) Weese, Kansas City, MO; 3 sisters, Jo Ann Uthe, Winston, MO, Donna (Gary) Curtis, Polo, MO and Betty (Bobbie) Curtis, Jamesport, MO; sister-in-law, Alice Weese, Gladstone, MO; many nieces and nephews, other family and many friends.
Pat enjoyed spending time with family and friends. While she was at her home in Winston she attended services at the Winston Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching movies and listening to music.
Services: 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 9, 2016, Winston Baptist Church, Winston, MO. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Friday evening at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron, MO.
