Cameron, Missouri- Carolyn Lee Baker, 75, Cameron passed away on June 18, 2016.
Carolyn was born on October 8, 1940 in Winthrop, Missouri to Milton B. and Martha (Wash) Cook, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Johnny Cook and Milton B. Cook, Jr.
Survivors: 2 brothers, Joe (Naomi) Cook, Columbia, MO and Conroe (Peggy) Cook, Kansas City, MO; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Cook, Cameron; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
Memorial Service: 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 2-3:00 PM, prior to the service. Inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, American Heart Association. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
