Obituary for Edward G. Cressley

Amity, Missouri- Edward G. Cressley, 69, Amity passed away on July 11, 2016 at his home.
Edward was born on June 1, 1947 in Vintondale, PA to George Edward and Marie (Stiles) Cressley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Ray and Wayne Cressely.
Edward was a veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam. He worked for Columbian Steel Tank for years before retiring.
Edward was a member of the VFW Post 5364, Maysville, MO.
On March 20, 1969 Edward married Rita Rick in Kansas City, Missouri.
Survivors: wife, Rita of the home; son, David Cressley; daughter, Rhonda (Richard) Dodson, Amity, MO; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service: 11:00 AM, Friday, July 15, 2016 at Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri. Arrangements: Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron, MO. Online condolences:www.polandthompson.com.
