Cameron, Missouri- Josephine Elizabeth “Betty” Miller, 83, Cameron passed away on December 20, 2016.
Betty was born on July 19, 1933 in Cameron, Missouri to Joshua and Serena (Tapp) Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, George, Herbert, Arnold and twins, Francis and Joshua; and sisters, Edna Graham and Vanessa Haynes.
Betty was a member of the Shepherd Church and was a housekeeper for several families and businesses.
Survivors: daughter, Hope (Steve) Solberg, Cameron; son, Michael, Kansas City, MO; brother, Larry (Dianne) Jackson, Cameron; 2 sisters, Evelyn “June” Kelly, Cameron, and Debra Sue May, Higginsville, MO; sister-in-law, Gerald Jackson, Cameron; brother-in-law, Adam Graham, Plattsburg, MO; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Services: 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the River of Life Church, Cameron. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Tuesday evening at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Cremation to follow service. Arrangements: Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
