Survivors: parents, Wayne Johnson and Megan Sunderland; brother, Eddie Johnson and twin sister, Elizabeth Rose Johnson all of the home; maternal grandparents, Terrie and Robert Simons, Kansas City, Missouri; maternal grandfather, Larry Watkins, Cameron, MO; paternal grandmother, Lisa Johnson, Gladstone, MO; paternal grandfather, Danny Johnson, Kansas City, MO; maternal great-grandmother, JoAnn Montgomery, Cameron, MO.
