Cameron, Missouri- Ermit “Ermie” Martin Wiedmaier, 89, Cameron passed away on July 30, 2017 after a short battle with cancer.
Ermie was born November 3, 1927 In St. Joseph, Missouri to Herman and Mary (Knieb) Wiedmaier.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Romona (Utt) Wiedmaier and several siblings.
Ermie was a member of the St. Munchin Catholic Church, Cameron and the Carpenter’s Union Local 110.
Survivors: 2 sons, Ron (Debbie) Wiedmaier, Cameron, John Wiedmaier, Excelsior Springs, MO; 2 daughters, Phyllis Wiedmaier, Cameron and JoAnn (Bob) Linn, Kansas City, MO; brother, Bill Wiedmaier, Effingham, KS; sister, Pat Oswald, Effingham, KS; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10AM, Thursday, August 3, 2017 at St. Munchin Catholic Church, Cameron. Rosary: 6:30 PM, with visitation following 7-8:30 PM, Wednesday evening at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Burial: St. Munchin Catholic Cemetery, Camer
