The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Vira "Oneita" Edwards can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Always looked so forward to the times you would come and visit us and the times we visited you in Missouri. She was so much fun, actually your whole family was, and her smile and laugh was the best! So happy we could celebrate her birthday with her a couple years ago. And when we took Mom to Missouri for the last time, the laughing and memories shared by Oneita, Leona Mae and my mom will forever be in my heart. Love and prayers for all of you.
