The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Betty Gentry can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Heather Schemmer
Condolence: Betty was a very loving woman who was like a grandmother. She always had a smile for me (along with a delicious cookie) and will be missed. In high school I was upset when they moved and I was no longer able to walk to the Gentry home and have been disappointed that I haven't made it to see her the past few years. She is thought of often with very fond memories.

Condolence: Betty was such a great, kind-hearted lady. She was like a grandmother to our girls when they were growing up. She was a really good cook. Our girls (and us too) have fond memories of Betty spoiling the girls when she babysat them!
