1980-2018
Smithville, Missouri- Charles “Charlie” OK Roe, 37, passed away on May 19, 2018.
Charlie was born on July 30, 1980 in Cameron, Missouri to Charles Roe and Debbie (Wilson) Roe.
Charlie was a 1999 graduate of Cameron High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business at Missouri Western State University.
He was currently an EMT and is certified as an Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver. Charlie was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Perry OK Wilson, Jr. and paternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Roe.
Survivors: mother, Debbie Roe, Osborn, MO; brother, Cody (Jessica) Roe, and niece, Ella, Kearney, MO; son, Jackson Farrell; former wife of 12 years, Katie Roe and their children, Cayden and Conner Roe, Savannah, MO; girlfriend, Kelly Miller, Smithville, MO; father, Chuck Roe, Cameron; maternal grandparents, Don and Nan Cain, Kearney, MO; step-grandmother, Beverly Rooney, Kidder, MO; best friend and mentor, Tom Terry; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services: 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron, MO. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Burial: Lathrop Cemetery, Lathrop, MO.
