Norman G. Hawkins
1933-2016

Cameron, Mo.- Norman Gale Hawkins, 82, Cameron, passed away on September 22, 2016.
Norman was born November 4, 1933 in Cameron, to Winfred and Finis A. (Whitaker) Hawkins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ethel Hawkins and brother, Eldon Hawkins.
Norman served in the Navy during the Korean War.
He worked at NW Electric in Cameron for 37 years before retiring.
Survivors: 9 nephews, Danny Mathena, Terry Mathena, Ari Maccabi, Larry Mudd, Jerry Mudd, Randy Mudd, Ronnie Mudd, Mike Mudd and Steve Hawkins; 5 nieces, Debbie Hahn, Jackie Nichols, Kay Mudd, Dee Yelton and Sandy Hawkins Pedersen; sister-in-law, Edith Dorn and best friend, Dennis Pulliam.
Services: 2:00 PM, Monday, September 26, 2016 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 1-2:00 PM, prior to the service.
Burial: Cameron Memory Gardens, Cameron. Memorial Fund: Cameron Veterans Home Assistance League.
