Condolence From: Betty Curtis Bates
Condolence: I will miss her a lot. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. When I found out about my cancer, Mary Ann was there to encourage me and say she loved me. She has been in my prayers. I am so sorry she is gone, but, I am glad she is no longer suffering. I know you will miss her; but, you still have the good memories of her presence and love.

Condolence: Mary Ann was an awesome lady. A friend that will always be cherished. A friend has gone home to be with many of her loved ones and friends. She left us with many fond memories to carry on to future generations through our memories and stories. God Bless her family, bring them comfort in their time of sorrow, and strength in their time of need.

Condolence From: The Sloan (Corey, Heidi and children) Family
Condolence: Our deepest condolences go out to Mary Ann's family and friends. Dennis and Mary Ann Hahn were very special and dear friends to Heidi and I. Dennis was one of three major influences in my life that helped me become a police officer. I will NEVER forget what he did for me.

Mary Ann was my second mom. I called her mom and closed every phone conversation with see ya later, love ya, bye. If the meeting was in person it was a hug, a kiss on the cheek and love ya as we parted company.

Mary Ann understood the risks of law enforcement and was keenly aware what it meant to always express her feelings toward me as we parted company. She was also known to bring food to Cameron PD for MSHP, CPD, CFD, CAD, staff prior to winter storms. She wanted us to have a meal and make sure staff had enough to last them through the long work hours and increased calls for service.

Matt was right beside me in 1994 when I lost my dad, as was Dennis and Mary Ann. I was in the middle of the State Patrol selection process when dad died unexpectedly. Matt NEVER left my side. He went to Jeff City with me for oral boards, he went with me to Columbia for my medical physical, and he flew with me to St. Louis for additional eye exams. I will NEVER forget what the Hahn family has done for ours.

I can only imagine what the reunion with Dennis was like. I am sure it was something special. Until we meet again.......

We love all of you guys and our prayer is for peace, strength, and healing in the coming days!
