Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John Poteet can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Janie frazier
Condolence: My dad was a great man- a tease- and he always thought he was so funny! It was a good thing he had a day job! Dad taught me to ride a bike, to build a camp fire, pitch a tent and love scouting! We would wake up early on Saturday mornings a couple of times a month to drive to the farm, so Dad could help his dad farm. Allowing me to spend time with Grandma Amy, whom I adored! I always felt me Dad was my cheerleader and was proud of me. Dad was a fantastic grandfather too! My children speak very fondly of him and how much they felt loved by him. When they were little he would lay in bed and tell the the story of The Three Little Pigs, his man could stretch that cute little 5 minute story into a 45 minute tale! It brings a smile to my face to think of it. I miss my Dad and would love to hold his hand one more time and tell him how much I love him and thanks for loving me! I will always miss you Daddy! Thanks for all the memories, because of them, you are always close by!!
